| What is your return policy? Before returning any product, you will first need to obtain authorization from our return department by calling 1-800-561-8230, or by e-mail to returns@VitaminWarehouse.com. Any product returned without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at their expense. Non-defective products deemed by us to be unsalable will be accessed a 15% restocking fee (This fee usually covers the cost associated with us returning the product to the manufacture). You may then return the item by insured carrier to VitaminWarehouse.com. To help our quality control department, please enclose a short note of explanation with your return. After inspecting the product to insure that it was returned in its original condition, VitaminWarehouse.com will promptly credit you with your full product purchase price. All returns should be shipped postage prepaid . We suggest insurance at your option.Shipping charges will be refunded if the product was shipped in error. Please note that as a matter of business VitaminWarehouse.com may have absorbed all or part of the shipping charges associated with your original order. In this situation we reserve the right to deduct our "actual" shipping costs from your credit. We cannot accept returns of vitamins or supplements once they have been opened.
